
My brain has been so clouded this past month that I have veered off of my road to fabulocity. I told myself (and friends) that I was planning to loose 10 lbs by the end of February. Um, yeah...THAT'S THIS FRIDAY! What have I done to complete this goal? Nothing! OK, not completely nothing. I have been adjusting my eating habits (no food after 9pm, cutback on junk, eat healthier snacks, eat more fiber and protein). I have been keeping up with that, however, I can't just loose weight by diet alone. I need exercise, which I have not do AT ALL during the month of February. I know, that is so not fabulous. I really do not have any reason for not working out, just laziness. But I am pushing back this goal to the end of March, maybe even mid-April (I know I'll have the stress from papers and exams to sabotage my goal) and giving myself a range of 5-10lbs. Although this is a very tough goal, I know I will try hard to achive it to get close. Wish me luck.
