Hey People! I never thought that I would have a blog. I thought, "Who REALLY has time for this?" But as I began to survey my life, I realized that I have that time for this. I guess it's just a way for people to share their life experiences with others. I don't think that my life is that interesting but 2008 is going to be different. If have decided that 2008 is my year to be FABULOUS.
This is the word that I have chosen to live by in 2008. Why? The answer is 3 fold:
1. I was challenged by my neighbor Lisa Sanford (Enthnic Scrapbooking) to focus my year on one word.
2. I admire Kimora Lee Simmons sooooooooo much. She is the queen of Fabulosity (i.e. the are of being fabulous...this is not an fficial definition, just mine) and coined the idea of being fabulous.
3. This year is a milestone year for me. I turned 25 (January 17)! I have reached my quarter life and some of you may know what it was like to be 25 and trying to find or make you place in thins crazy world. There is no greater time for me to step up my game.
I believe that being fabulous will allow me to feel more comfortable being an adult in the world. All of my decision should be about making me happy and making my life better. Every decision that I make concerning my life would be most beneficial to me but considerate to others around me. Now don't get me wrong, some decisions may seem selfish to some people, however, please note that I have greatly considered someone or everyone else's involvement in it and how it will effect them and then balance out who is going to benefit from it and how it will fulfill me.

Welcome to the blog world...my confession to you: i was about to scream when i seen that you frequent my blog!....i hope you are encouraged when you do stop by and visit...i love your word for the year....and i loooooooove kimora!...she is the total queen of Fab!...i had to get use to her brassiness but have come to love it...you do what ya' gotta do to stay at the top...luv ya' lil' sis!
